Mortgage Qualification Calculator
This calculator will help you determine how much money you qualify to borrow. The results are informal. You will be subject to a credit approval from your financial institution taking into consideration existing debt load, amount of down payment, income and other variables.
Mortgage Payment Calculator & Amortization Table
This calculator will help you determine what your mortgage payments will be based on purchase price, interest rate and mortgage term, as well as other factors. The amortization table shows what the interest and principal payments will be over the term of the mortgage.
Information Needed for Loan Application
- W-2 for two years and 1 month's current paystub
- Landlord name/address - 2 years (if applicable)
- Employer name/address - 2 years
- Purchase Agreement or Deed if refinancing
- Bank names, account numbers and balances
- 3 months of current bank statements for all accounts
- 12 months canceled checks for mortgage or rent
- Check for application fee and rate lock
- Self-employed - last 2 years tax returns with all schedules YTD P&L
- Green card for resident aliens
- Social security card and license (FHA)
- Legal description (FHA/VA)
- Certificate of Eligibility (VA)
- Account numbers, addresses, balance/monthly payments on all open loans
